Week 7 - What's on the agenda for our lovely TEACHER AIDES?

Where for thou art thee dearest TEACHER AIDES and Support Staff?

Alas, week 7 of  TERM 3 is now upon us with great gusto (more like sneezing and coughing !!!) Welcome back to all our Teacher Aides :) :) so what does this week hold ahead for us?

Lots of programmes to get through and with all our lovely kids what more fun to be had.  Whaea Helaina with her lil' angels from Room 1 and 2 working with ESOL and Sound Recognition programmes whilst in the blue corner of Room 1 Whaea Kirsty working alongside SPRING INTO MATHS (Juniors) working with ORRS and partners with Matua Andrew to do Rainbow Reading programme.  Over in the senior school we have Matua Andrew working in too many programmes to mention he needs a break (KITKAT BAR works well) and Whaea  Rachel bouncing back and forth between Rooms 6, and 9 doing SPRING INTO MATHS, MUSIC and PHYSICAL THERAPY.  Whaea Nancy has the pleasure of working with various children throughout the school with Reading and Literacy.  With our forces combined we are your happy chappy sometimes sick TEACHER AIDES :)

This week Friday 31 Aug all T.A's will be going to their monthly PASIFIKA TEACHER AIDE WORKSHOP hosted by our sister school Cannons Creek.  As groups, you are asked to open the workshop or close.  Russell School have opted for opening our first workshop and we look forward to learning from and with all our other fellow Teacher Aides.

Have an amazing week :)
